Buried Interface Modification in Perovskite Solar Cells: A Materials Perspective
نویسندگان
چکیده
Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising third-generation cells. They exhibit high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and, in theory, can be manufactured with less energy than several more established photovoltaic technologies, particularly solution-processed PSCs. Various materials have been widely utilized to modify the buried bottom interface improve performance and long-term stability of Here, latest progress modifying enhance PSCs is examined from a standpoint, which classified into inorganic salts, organic molecular polymer, carbon materials, perovskite-related 2D materials. This material perspective useful determining tactics for achieving theoretical PCE value It also serves as solid reference adjustment other layered structure heterojunction devices.

Enhanced performance of CH3NH3PbI3−xClx perovskite solar cells by CH3NH3I modification of TiO2-perovskite layer interface
In this work, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with CH3NH3PbI3-x Cl x as active layer and spiro-OMeTAD as hole-transport media have been fabricated by one-step method. The methylammonium iodide (CH3NH3I) solution with different concentrations is used to modify the interface between mesoporous TiO2 (meso-TiO2) film and CH3NH3PbI3-x Cl x perovskite layer. Several techniques including X-ray diffracti...
متن کاملApplication of Au@SiO2 Plasmonic Nanoparticles at Interface of TiO2 Mesoporous Layers in Perovskite Solar Cells
To investigate the plasmonic effect in perovskite solar cells, the effect of depositing Au@SiO2 nanoparticles on the top and the bottom of mesoporous TiO2 layers was studied. First, Au@SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized. The particles were then deposited at the different interfaces of mesoporous TiO2 layers. Although the two structures show approximately similar optical absorption, only cells ...

The power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells is now approaching parity (>22 %) with that of the established technology which took decades to reach this lev...
متن کاملPerovskite solar cells: from materials to devices.
Perovskite solar cells based on organometal halide light absorbers have been considered a promising photovoltaic technology due to their superb power conversion efficiency (PCE) along with very low material costs. Since the first report on a long-term durable solid-state perovskite solar cell with a PCE of 9.7% in 2012, a PCE as high as 19.3% was demonstrated in 2014, and a certified PCE of 17....
متن کاملHole-Transporting Materials for Printable Perovskite Solar Cells
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) represent undoubtedly the most significant breakthrough in photovoltaic technology since the 1970s, with an increase in their power conversion efficiency from less than 5% to over 22% in just a few years. Hole-transporting materials (HTMs) are an essential building block of PSC architectures. Currently, 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis-(N,N'-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9'-spirobi...
